Studio Policies at Haute Core Pilates

To keep the studio calm, safe, and respectful for everyone, Haute Core Pilates follows a few simple policies. Because classes are reservation-based and reformer equipment is limited, these guidelines help ensure every client receives focused instruction and a smooth experience during each session. Taking a moment to review them helps your visit go exactly as expected.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class. Because sessions are reservation-only and class sizes are intentionally small, late cancellations prevent another client from using that spot.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a session charge or loss of class credit.

This policy allows us to respect instructor time, manage limited reformer equipment, and keep scheduling fair for all clients.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session so you have time to get settled and begin safely.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be able to join the class, as missing the warm-up increases the risk of improper movement or injury.

Starting on time helps maintain a focused and uninterrupted session for everyone in the studio.
