A Boutique Reformer Pilates Studio in Paris, TX
Haute Core Pilates is built on the belief that meaningful change comes from routine, consistency, and honoring your body as it is today. My approach is body-positive, focusing on what your body can do and how mindful movement supports everyday life. Pilates teaches intentional, controlled motion that improves alignment, builds mobility and strength, and challenges the brain through learning new patterns, helping you move with more ease, confidence, and joy. At Haute Core, my goal is to create a calming and grounded environment where your body is celebrated and your progress is supported. I’m not drawn to loud or chaotic classes; I believe in letting calmness overflow into the studio and into daily life. Pilates has transformed my own well-being, and I’m passionate about sharing that same sense of strength, stability, and peace with my community.

Who is Crystal Prescott

Founder & Lead Instructor
I’m Crystal Prescott, owner and instructor at Haute Core Pilates. After 17 years as a dental hygienist, the physical strain on my neck and shoulders led me to seek a healthier, more balanced path and rediscovering Pilates became my turning point. It helped me rebuild mobility, reduce pain, and reconnect with my body in a powerful way. I’ve been active and drawn to fitness my entire life, but I’ve also struggled with weight gain, weight loss, and years of yo-yo dieting. While Pilates hasn’t been the “answer” to weight loss, it has been an incredible tool for building strength, maintaining muscle, and feeling more at home in my body. I’m originally from southern Arizona but have called Paris, Texas home since 2021, and I often say I wish we had moved here years ago. I’ve been married for 29 years, and I’m a mom of four and a proud Gigi to one sweet grandbaby. Now that my kids are older, family time has become even more meaningful whether we’re relaxing on the lake, playing games, or simply enjoying being together. Family is my purpose in life.
“The mind, when housed within a healthful body, possesses a glorious sense of power.” – Joseph Pilates
